Requirements:
- Graduated Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 15 years experiences in business and development property.
- A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying legal, financial, and technical awareness in a property business environment is essential.
- Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
- D3 Civil preferably from Engineering.
- Min. 5 years experiences in cut & fill project, roads and bridges, construction, building, the program countour soil, measurement, budgeting, calculation of material and certified experts.
- Preferably Ms Office and Autocad, Land Development, Soft Desk & other engineering software.
- Capable for processing data form Total Station .
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Good reporting system.
- Work in detail, time manageable and traget oriented.
- Willing to travel or located in remote area

Architect

Requirements:
- S1 Graduate from reputable university majoring in architecture/interior.
- Experience min 2 year in interior, building construction, & property
- Able to operate AutoCad , 3D Max, Sketch Up, VRay, Coreldraw, Photoshop & MS Office.
- Have good hand sketching.
- Fluent in English both oral and writing
- Experience work in Contractors will be considered as a plus.
- Confident and friendly.
- Communicative and persuasive, have good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work hard.
- Self motivated creative, have a broad insight and willing to work under pressure

Surveyor
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:
- Min D3 Geodetic or Surveyor/Pemetaan from reputable University.
- Having minimum 3 years experience as surveyor in civil work, such as land development, cut and fill, road development, etc.
- Knowledge of mapping and survey related software.
- Male/Female
- Able to work under pressure
