Project Management Officer
Jakarta Raya

Operation:
  • Coordinate with other departments to clarify project related problems / issues in order to ensure that instructions are carried out correctly
  • Ensure efficiency in operations by regular review / revisions of systems and procedures with the end goal of improving productivity in the department
  • Ensure assigned projects / tasks are completed timely and with high level of accuracy and quality
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations and costing for new projects
  • Provide regular feedback on the operation concerns and issues
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned
Audit:
  • Supervise and validate auditors’ work (e.g. quality of data, speed and accuracy of work, familiarization of products)
  • Provide guidance and solutions to work problems faced by auditors during the course of work
  • Assist in training and allocation of work of auditors
  • Assist in preparation of field schedule and productivity summary
  • Assist in recruitment of stores
Data Collection:
  • Plan and organize field projects in relation to schedule, allocating quota and research materials
  • Responsible for recruitment / briefing / debriefing / training of interviewers
  • Responsible for field supervision and monitor progress and quality of work to achieve productivity targets
Data Processing:
  • Plan and organize schedules / resources for various projects
  • Responsible for training of new data processing associates
  • Provide technical guidance / advice on the use of software packages
  • Ensure quality of work for junior data processing associates
Administration:
  • Assist in the manpower planning, e.g. schedule working hours
  • Maintain discipline and uplift employee morale
  • Set objectives and monitor performance for the team
Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures


  •  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  •  Required skill(s): Communication Skill, management planing, fluent in english,Supervisory skills preferred
  •  Required language(s): English
  •  Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
