Legal Counsel & Compliance For the region and regional placement Jakarta
- Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will perform a variety of legal activities in accordance with the established standards of the legal profession to protect the company’s reputation and business interests and help to ensure it complies with all relevant laws and regulations;
- provide legal advice and counsel;
- analyze and interpret case law, court reports, and existing laws and regulations to prepare technical reports on how they impact the organization’s operations;

Your qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring Laws from reputable university.
- Strong legal and compliance background.

- Experienced in compliant handling of litigations and dealing with authorities is an advantage.

Accountant For the region and regional placement Jakarta
- You will perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the company's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
- Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the company has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.
Your qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience working with SAP system would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
