Responsibilities:
- The role holder will be responsible for supervising the operations and administrations of the branch including sales to walk-in customers, SDB services, ATM card order delivery services etc. The selected candidate will be also accountable for co-coordinating with all parts around the bank to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. The position also focuses on checking on all account opening/closing/amendment and documentations.
- Providing regular feedback, encouragement and maintaining open communication is important for this role. More broadly, your responsibilities will include setting and reviewing performance objectives, embracing/supporting change and best practices and monitoring and reviewing outcomes.
Requirements:
- To qualify for this position, you need to have excellent customer services, problem solving skills and experiences to serve walk-in customers. Credit Initiation Support & SID Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- As the Credit Initiation Support and SID Supervisor, you will conduct regular reviews and monitor MIS & Support functions within New Account Unit such as reporting, process controls, administrations and projects. You will provide regular/ad-hoc reports in time for tracking, analysis, and/or investigation purposes.
- The candidate will conduct regular administrations tasks within acceptable time limit, prepare new ID and security password for new personnel, conduct regular absent monitoring and confirm to respective supervisors. Additionally, you will provide regular new account process control reports in time on daily basis, which encompass end-to-end application processing crucial checks on pre-screening, data entry, application linkage, rejected unlinked applications, phone verification, card rating, field verification, limit granting, override procedure, card-type limit range, deviations, application status updates, cards maintenance and cancellations.
- We are looking to hire candidates with 2 years of experience in using sophisticated data mining tool (eg: SAS) in consumer business area which involves large number of data. A Bachelor degree in Economics/management, engineering, or mathematics/statistics will be preferred. Good understanding of all aspects of credit card operations especially credit processing and card system data structure, system generated reports and value meaning will also be important.
