As the manufacturer and brand holder of NGK spark plugs in Indonesia, PT NGK Busi Indonesia is continually innovating the spark plug technology
and developing the innovation change on the details as well, which continuously applied by the experienced team.Beside spark plug, PT. Busi Indonesia also produces plug cap, the other supporting device for motorcycle
engines. NGK plug cap is already used by variety of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) as the original spare parts from main motorcycle manufacturer in Indonesia.

Original Equipment Manufacture ( OEM) Manager
Work Location Jakarta
General Requirements:
- Maximum 45 years old and in a perfect health.
- Minimum S1 from reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive company as OEM Manager
- Strong leadership with ability to persuade others.
- Good network & relationship.
- Good communication & presentation skill.
- Fluency in written & spoken English is a must.
- Having Japanese proficiency test in grade 2 or 3.
- Able to mobilize and motivate internal/external resources to achieve desired results.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer intimacy, ability to think strategically and a motivated self starter.

General Requirements:
- Male / female maximum 30 years old
- Preferably holds a minimum of S1 degree in Finance & Accounting
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Having minimum 3 years in same position
- Understand and have experience in performing a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department
- Knowledge in Indonesian tax system regulation will be a great plus
- Able to work in team as well as individual
- Knowledge of SAP accounting software is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
