Responsibilities:

• Receiving, checking, loading/ offloading, storing, reporting, expediting and the general care of Company materials before, during and after operations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU in any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in oilfield warehousing.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Warehouse Warehouse or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of automated inventory control systems, marine transport loading/ offloading, lifting requirements and safety.
• Verifiable knowledge of oilfield equipment.

Fleet Supervisor (Project Based)

Riau - Kepulauan Matak

Responsibilities:

• To lead, manage and administer all allocated fleet to support all area operations activities which include procedures and measurement, allocation, documentation, deployment, maintenance and replacement that align and support corporate business plan and activities.
• Establish coaching and counseling to all leader and staff levels to effectively perform the function and activities of the team.
• Prepare report to be reviewed in the regular monthly safety meeting.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain.
• Have basic knowledge of Trucking terms and condition, Freight Forwarding Terms, Understand route to all Indonesia territory.
• Computer literate for reporting in Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power point.
• Have a good communication and analytical skill.
• A hard worker, creative, dynamic, proactive and responsible.

Material Mechanical QA/QC Inspector

Jakarta Raya - Lamongan, Jakarta, Papua

Responsibilities:

• Lamongan Base/Jakarta or other receiving point :

1. Review Delivery Order (DO) documents against Purchase Order (PO) for quantity, serial numbers, certificates, warranty letter etc. as required on PO
2. Verify QA/QC document such as Manufacture Data Report (MDR), Manufacture Test Report, Mill Cert., Material Cert. compare with Code/Standard (ASTM, ANSI, ASME, API, AWS etc.)
3. Perform visual inspection against DO & verify supporting documents (e.g. lifting gear cert, MSDS, NDT Record, Datasheet, Manufacture Test Record, FAT Record)
4. Review & verify NDT result if any NDT request at hub-Lamongan as per recommendation from Engineering
5. Review material traceability, if any discrepancies materials or non-conformance report to SQM-PSCM and consider to issue NCN
6. Verify required preservations are properly provided.
7. Inspect packaging prior to be loaded to vessel or air cargo
8. Conduct visual inspection, dimensional check when required.
9. Inspect of paint, coating and galvanize for damaged.

• Manufacture/Vendor :

1. Witness performance test or function test or factory acceptance test (FAT)
2. Witness Body and Seat Leak Testing for valves
3. Review ITP/MQTP, QA/QC activities at manufacture
4. Verify manufacture QA/QC documents
5. Perform inspection refer to MTQP (Manufacturing & Test Quality Plan) and issue Work Inspection Report
6. Review fabrication documentation (MDR) and issue Work Release Note

Requirements:

• S1 graduate with minimum 10 years Experience in QA/QC and material inspection at Oil/Gas Industry
• Have knowledge for material of pressure vessel, piping, fittings, rotating and welding consumables specification
• Must have knowledge of the latest applicable oil and gas, standards, industrial practices, Codes and
• and applicable regulation.
• Holding the inspector certificates for Welding Inspector, ASNT Level II, welding, pressure vessel, piping and radiography / radiography film interpretation
• Good English proficiency, both speaking and writing
• Computer literate
• Willing to work on site in Lamongan, Jakarta, Papua – Irian Jaya

Finance Staff

Jakarta Raya - Bandara Soekarno Hatta

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all data and input ledger to SAP for cash and banking transactions.
• Propose reimbursement of petty cash.
• Handle entire petty cash and banking transactions.
• Do Monthly bank reconciliation.
• Maintain relationship with local vendor.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): SAP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Have a good communication skill.
