Recruitment & Assesment Supervisor

Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya) - Podomoro City - Jakarta Barat

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Process:

1. Develop strategies to target and recruit candidate pool using a variety of tools and techniques.
2. Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process from creating job advertisements; qualifying candidates to position requirements for current and future opportunities (prescreening to identify “fit” and aptitude).
3.  Design, build and implement innovative recruitment programs.
4. Identify strategic sources for talent and measure results of each source.
5. Build a recruitment team aligned with overall business goals.

• Assessment Process:

1.  Using more than one assessment techniques (FGD, Role Play, Interview, Psychological Test and Observation).
2.  Pooling the candidate information from assessment activities to make decision to promote the candidate.
3.  Doing the overall evaluation of the candidates behaviour.
4.  Conduct Simulation excercises to get the candidate.

Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree,in Psychology.
•  Having license in Practical Psychologist is a MUST.
•  Required language(s): English.
•  At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•  Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Recruiting candidates & Assessment in Human    Resources.
•  Preferably Having experience in Psychological Consultant.
•  Familiar with Pscyhometric and always updated.
•  Able to make Psychological result report

Sales Manager

Kalimantan Timur - Samarinda

Responsibilities:

•  Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals   and profitability.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
•  Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
•  Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
•  Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Property and having experience in Housing/Property.
•  Applicants must be willing to work in Samarinda-Kalimantan Timur.
•  Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

•  Doing feasibilities studies and analyze to colllect data on customer demographics, preferences, nedds, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
•  Prepare reports of finding, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
•  Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
•  Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programms and strategies.
•  Gather data on competitors and analyze their price, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionaire), or arrange to obtain existing data.

Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management, Architecture, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
•  Required language(s): English is a must.
•  Required skills; Autocad, Adobe Photoshop & Geographical Information Systems (GIS).
•  At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•  Applicants must be willing to work in Podomoro City - Jakarta Barat.
•  Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
